做贸促会认证的阿尔及利亚自由销售证书格式

相信很多出口阿尔及利亚国家的出口商，都知道，阿尔及利亚的客户喜欢做信用证的，而阿方要求企业在开信用证之前，须到银行备案经贸促会认证的格式。 很多人都不知道这个文件要怎么做，以下是文件的格式，格式内容可以根据银行要求进行适当的增减。

(2) : Denomination and trademarks;
(3) : Identification of the original manufacturer;
(4) : menton the regulatory and / or normative references;
(5) : country of origin and / or provenance.

该备案格式的填制要求如下：一、格式中的（1）至（5）栏都按照填制说明填写;
二、企业印章一律盖在左下方空白处；
三、HS CODE须根据实际出货报关的信息填写!
申请认证该备案格式需提供的佐证资料如下：企业营业执照、产品生产许可证、报关单以及该格式中企业所涉及的符合并获得的国际标准的证书复印件等。
这个阿尔及利亚的文件是目前新的一种阿尔及利亚的格式，贸促会总会对该文件认证要求是，企业在文件上面左下角空白处盖企业自己公司印章,然后提交贸促会做成国际商事证明书形式认证,贸促会机构认证所附文件上面企业所盖的印章属实;不可以在这个文件上单独加盖
