所需资料：配方成分表一式两份，营业执照复印件，委托书一份
办理流程：文件先送中国国际贸易促进委员会进行认证，做成商事证明书--外交部认证--韩国使馆认证
出证时间：10-15个工作日（使馆认证时间较长，请合理安排好时间）+++
