什么是海牙认证呢？
海牙认证，其实就是一种特殊的认证，和使馆认证的权限一样，但是针对一些在中国没有领事馆，做不了使馆认证，或者是要认证的文件做不了使馆认证的时候可以选择的一种特殊认证；
海牙认证英文名为：APOSTILLE，英文来源于法语，也就是认证的意思，但是和国内的使馆认证不是一个概念，海牙认证是指：《海牙关于取消外国公文认证要求的公约》签约国之间相互承认的，特定的官方机构对公文上其主管部门所做签字、盖章的真实性予以确认的行为过程和结果，是一种特定的“认证”。
