您好，“Certificate of Compliance”符合性证书又叫合格证明书，由贵司自行出具一份COC声明文件，再提供一份委托书和营业执照复印件即可办理。约1-3个工作日左右出证。

COC的三种表达方式：
Certificate of Conformance（符合性认证）是商品在出厂给客户所需要出示的合格证,需盖章,或者找出证机构作证明
Certificate of Conformity 表示：证明商品符合合同中的规格的证书（一致性的证明）
Certificate of Compliance 合格证明书, 是用来清关的一个证明,合约完成证明书

目前是出口非洲和亚洲国家的强制清关证书，例如非洲国家尼日利亚，肯尼亚，乌干达，坦桑尼亚，津巴布韦等等，亚洲国家沙特，伊拉克，叙利亚等等。COC认证的申请都大同小异，每个国家都有类似的要求，而又存在小小的差异。
