我们有位菲律宾的客户说要一个红丝带文件，是要把一份自由销售文件，做红丝带认证，不知道你们这边有没有做过呢？具体怎么操作，需要什么资料？
+++您好，红丝带认证其实就是指菲律宾使馆认证，因使馆认证的文件装订上有两条红色丝带，所以又叫红丝带认证。办理自由销售证书所需资料如下：
1，营业执照复印件一份
2，自由销售证书正本一式两份（可提供格式，需要的可以联系连小姐索取）
3，生产许可证复印件一份（如果是贸易公司，或者是工厂没有生产许可证的话请联系我司呢）
菲律宾领事馆认证的时间差不多需要2~3周的时间，有时候会比较快有时候比较慢，所以这个要注意一下时间问题如果急用的话好是提前办理比较稳妥些+++
